Learning is accomplished by: 1) Providing students with numerous written and spoken examples of sentences and phrases which are essential for communication in Spanish; 2) Recordings provide examples of correct pronunciation, and incorporate enough repetition that students will know immediately if they have made an error, and thus can quickly correct the mistake; 3) Recordings also review material through drills involving listeners in both speaking and understanding essential sentences and phrases; 4) A student workbook encourages notetaking which further improves retention.
